At this time, we can accept purified plasmid DNA or glycerol stock as the starting material. If sending pDNA, please send a minimum of 10 µL at >0.1 µg/mL in water or TE. 

Our Basic Plasmid Service requires stable, high-copy plasmid. If you suspect your plasmid may be low-yielding, unstable, or otherwise abnormally tricky-to-scale, please select the Custom - Unstable/Low Yield product and let us know via the Comment section what to expect when producing your plasmid.

For plasmid DNA material, please send a minimum of 10 µL at >0.1 µg/mL in water or TE.

Genovac’s Basic plasmid services are only designed to handle ampicillin or kanamycin resistant material. Please continue with one of the Custom products if a different antibiotic resistance is required.

If you need additional customization, such as a specific Quality Control test that is not listed in our services, please reach out to us. We are able to generate quotes for various services that are not listed in our standard services.
